August 2 – Shandong Expressway Company (600350) will form a logistics company for two billion yuan along with Shandong Expressway Group, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

The parent firm will contribute 1.5 billion yuan for a 75-percent interest with the remainder being paid by Shandong Expressway Company. The move is intended to give the company a new source of revenue.
