Shenzhen Accord Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced that it will pay the cash dividend of RMB 1.08 per share (after tax) to holders of A and B shares recorded on June 15, 2011 and June 20, 2011 respectively. The Company's shares will be traded ex-dividend on June 16, 2011.
