Xishui Strong Year Co.Ltd Inner Mongolia announced that its subsidiary, a Baotou-based cement company will apply to Hohhot-based cement company to apply for bankers' acceptance of RMB 70 million, with a term of one year. The Company will provide guarantee for that.
