Sichuan Golden Summit (Grp) Joint-Stock announced that the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, a Renshou-based special cement company, have received an implement notice from People's Court of Xihu District. According to the notice, the Company and the subsidiary were required to pay RMB 36,822,173.92 and implement fee of RMB 104,222 to a financial leasing company. The Company also announced that a Chengdu-based trading company has filed a lawsuit against the Company in People's Court of Emeishan City, alleging the Company's default of supplying cement. The plaintiff required the Company to repay the advance of RMB 548,023.2, interest of RMB 100,000, penalty and economic loss of RMB 540,000, and lawsuit fee as well.
