Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd announced that it plans to set up a joint venture in Wuhan with a construction engineering company and a Nanjing-based cement engineering company, with the Company to hold a 51% stake in the joint venture. The joint venture will collaborate with a Tajikistan-based cement factory to set up another joint venture, which will be engaged in a cement project in Tajikistan.
