August 17 -- Zhongshan Vatti Gas Appliance (002035) filed its second-largest shareholder, Zhongshan Liandong Investment, cut its holdings by 6.08 million shares or a 2.94-percent stake between January 29, 2010 and August 15, 2011, reports yicai.com.

As of market close on August 15, Liandong Investment still held 9.41 million shares or a 4.22-percent stake in Vatti. The shareholder may further decrease its holdings over the next 12 months.
