Good Friend International Holdings Inc. announced that it has declared an interim dividend of RMB0.12 (2010: RMB0.15) per share for the six months ended June 30, 2011. This interim dividend was not recognized as dividend payable in the unaudited condensed consolidated financial information for the six months ended June 30, 2011.
