Camelot Information Systems Inc announced that for the third quarter of 2011, it expects revenues to be approximately USD63 million, adjusted net income to be approximately USD9.5 million and adjusted diluted earnings per ADS (EPS) to be approximately USD0.20. The Company has lowered its fiscal 2011 guidance and expects revenues of approximately USD244 million, adjusted net income to be approximately USD34.0 million and adjusted diluted earnings per ADS to be approximately USD0.69. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report EPS of USD0.22, net income of USD13.8 million on revenues of USD67.9 million for the third quarter of 2011; net income of USD43.4 million on revenues of USD258 million for fiscal 2011.
