Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd. announced that it changed its auditor from Tianjian Zhengxin Certified Public Accountants to Lixin Certified Public Accountants for fiscal year 2011, due to Guizhou Branch of Tianjian Zhengxin Certified Public Accountants' merger with Lixin Certified Public Accountants.
