(Source: Datamonitor)Stelux Holdings International Limited, an investment holding company with four segments: Watch retail, Optical retail, Watch wholesale trading and Property, has announced that Wong Chong Po, one of the original founders of the Stelux Group, has tendered his resignation as chairman and executive director of the company with effect from September 1, 2011 in order to have more time to pursue his other business engagements.
Mr Wong has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters which need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company with respect to his resignation.
