November 9 -- Shenzhen Keybridge Communicatons ( 002316.SZ), a communications solutions provider for the power, coal, oil, and public transportation sectors, said it plans to invest 250 million yuan to build a software industrial park in Shenzhen's Guangming new district, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

The purpose of the software park is to develop and test application software related to smart power grids and auxiliary hardware.

The park will cover an area of 49,000 square meters, and will be built in three years.

The park is expected to generate annual sales revenue of 90.8 million yuan, 169 million yuan, and 236 million yuan in the first three years of operations.
