November 22 – Shenzhen-based Rainbow Department Store (002419.SZ) filed that CATIC Shenzhen Holdings will acquire some 316 million of its shares, a 39.52-percent interest, from industrial conglomerate AVIC Shenzhen, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

If approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the proposed transaction will be carried out at 20.01 yuan per share.

CATIC Shenzhen Holdings is an investment holding company involved in industrial and consumer electronic products, mining, hotel operations, and property rental, among others.
