A spokesperson of MTRC (HKG:0066) said today that 4 and 8 tender documents were received for the residential site atop the Tsuen Wan West Station which has a site area of over 460,000 sqf and another residential site near the station that has an area of 144,000 sqf respectively.

It is said that K. Wah (HKG:0173), Sino Land (HKG:0083), Kerry Properties (HKG:0683), Chinachem Group, Henderson Land (HKG:0012) and China Overseas Land & Investment (HKG:0688) have tendered for the said TW5 projects, with K. Wah, Sino Land and Henderson Land only tendered for the smaller site.
