Li Yunpeng and Jiang Lijun have been proposed by the company's board of directors to be appointed as directors of the company.

Li Yunpeng has tendered his resignation on 9 January 2012 in respect of the supervisor and the chairman of the supervisory committee of the company due to his new job arrangement.

He Jiale has resigned as the chief financial officer of the company with effect from 9 January 2012 due to his new job arrangement. Feng Jinhua has been appointed as the chief financial officer of the company with effect from the same date.
