Simsen International (HKG:0993) announced that the total consideration for the convertible notes issued by King Stone Energy Group (HKG:0663) has been reduced from HK$289.2 million to HK$260.285 million in aggregate and the long stop date for the fulfillment of the conditions precedent has been extended to April 30.
