China Aoyuan Property (HKG:3883) has agreed to acquire a parcel of stated-owned land situated at Da Yang Shi Zoning, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, the PRC for RMB218 million (HK$268.4 million).

The land has a site area of 18,500 sqm and a gross floor area of 90,972 sqm.

The group said that the land is situated in a prime location at the Chongqing and the group already has a successful flagship project named "Chongqing Aoyuan City of Health" in the vicinity.
