According to the announcement issued by ITC Properties (HKG:0199) dated 3 February 2012 in relation to the results of the offer, the number of shares of ITC Properties tendered for acceptance under the offer was 196.918 million, representing 34.86% and 75.74% of the issued capital of ITC Properties on 3 February 2012 and the maximum number of 260 million ITC Properties shares proposed to be repurchased by ITC Properties under the offer, respectively, ITC Corporation (HKG:0372) announced.

Upon completion of the offer and cancellation of the tendered shares, ITC Corporation's interests in ITC Properties will increase from 24.71% to 37.93%.
