Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics Co., Ltd. (HKG:8217) announced that the company's profit for the six months ended 30 June 2012 is expected to decrease considerably as compared to the same period of last year. Such decrease was mainly attributable to the decrease in logistics service prices and the continuing increase in the costs of provision of the automobile logistics services and the relevant services to the Group's customers.

The interim results of the company is expected to be published on or before 15 August 2012.
