The Company also involves in pharmaceutical and property businesses, as well as leasing of commercial properties business. The Company operates its businesses primarily in Jiangsu province and Anhui province, China. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four major holding subsidiaries and two affiliates, which involved in pharmaceutical preparation manufacture and property development businesses.
