Nanjing Xinjiekou Department Store Co. announced that its three shareholders, a Nanjing-based investment holdings group company (Company A), a Nanjing-based international group company (Company B), and a Nanjing-based operation and management company (Company C), have transferred a combined 17% stake in the Company to a Nanjing-based department store company (Company D). After that, Company A and Company B shaved their holdings in the Company respectively from 11.15% and 1.14% to 0, while Company C's holdings in the Company shaved from 5.91% to 5.20%. Company D began to hold a 17% stake in the Company.
