Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in the manufacture of centrifugal ductile cast-iron pipes and related products, the smelting and pressing of iron and steel and the provision of casting products. The Company's centrifugal ductile cast-iron pipes are used for the supply of water and gas for cities and towns. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 1.45 million metric tons of centrifugal ductile cast-iron pipes and related products. Its steel products include pig iron, steel billet, steel materials, steel grating and coking byproducts. In 2010, the Company produced and sold approximately 5.54 million metric tons of pig iron, 4.45 million metric tons of steel billets and 4.19 million metric tons of steel materials.
