August 24 -- Xinxing Dutile Iron Pipes filed its parent company, Xinxing Cathay International Group, increased holdings by 12.99 million shares or a 0.7-percent stake between August 15 and 23, reports p5w.net.

The parent now holds 959 million shares or a 50.01-percent stake in the listed company. It is the latest increase of the parent’s holdings since its increase plan was initiated last year.
