JINHUI Holdings Ltd, a Hong Kong-based owner of ships that carry commodities such as iron ore, said it agreed to buy a bulk carrier for US$40.5 million from Japan-owned Jubilee Line S.A. 　
　
The company will take delivery of the vessel Belpareil between March 10 and April 10, Jinhui said in a statement to Hong Kong's stock exchange. It will pay 10 percent of the price by March 5 and the balance on delivery. The purchase is the sixth that Jinhui has announced in five months.
