IBM announced yesterday that Shanghai Telecom's research institute has adopted IBM's Innovation Factory to accelerate the process and boost results.
Innovation Factory, with an open collaboration based on Web2.0 social networking, is designed to speed up co-creation among employees, partners, software developers and subscribers through online communities, according to Willy Chiu, IBM's vice president of high-performance on-demand solutions.
