Shanghai-based China Shipping Container Lines Co. Ltd. (CSCL) (2866.HK) will issue 2.337 billion shares on the Yuan-denominated A-share market in 2007, reports Security Times on Wednesday quoting an unnamed CSCL insider.
CSCL shares rose 7.3 percent to close at HK$8.76 on the Hong Kong Exchange on Wednesday. Shares of another Shanghai-based container shipping service provider, China COSCO Holdings Company Limited (601919.SH; 1919.HK), rose 9.96 percent to close at 48.34 Yuan on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
