HANGZHOU Xiaoshan International Airport Co is considering a stock listing to finance expansion, the South China Morning Post reported, citing Stanley Hui, chief executive officer of Airport Authority Hong Kong.
The listing plan is at a " preliminary stage," the Hong Kong-based, English-language newspaper said, citing Hui. The airport authority, operator of Asia's third-busiest airfield, owns a 35 percent stake in Hangzhou Airport in Zhejiang Province in eastern China.
