Shanghai-based Chunqiu Airline Company is preparing to go public in two years, reports Shanghai Securities Journal quoting company spokesperson Zhang Lei. Chunqiu Airline prefers to list on the A-share market, but will also consider an H-shares listing, said the report. The company has been talking with some middlemen, but has no intention to raise money from institutional investors, according to the report.
