GRAND China Logistics, the transport unit of aviation company HNA Group, has said it will set up a new joint venture with a smaller domestic company to tap into the low temperature logistics market.

Grand China Sinosun Logistics Co will be formed between GCL and Beijing-based Sinosun Logistics Co. GCL will hold a 60 percent stake in the JV.
