This morning, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) issued "operational state of the national communications in January-June 2011". The "state" shows that in the first half of 2011, national telecommunication services revenue has totaled 568.11 billion yuan, up 15.7 percent over last year; and the total number of telephone users reached 1,210,681,000.

Among them, mobile communications revenue has totaled 336.73 billion yuan, up 14.0% over the last year; Fixed revenue totaled 137.34 billion yuan, up 1.7%.
