Trading in the shares of Shanghai Zendai Property Limited (HKG:0755) has been suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, 29 December 2011 pending the release of an announcement in relation to a very substantial disposal, which is considered to be price sensitive in nature.

The company earlier attributed its suspension to the release of price sensitive information.
