Yuzhou Properties (HKG:1628) announced that its contract sales of real estate properties totalled RMB4.297 billion in 2011 - down 18% on year and representing only 66% of the target of RMB6.5 billion. By area, the annual sales amounted to 481,258 sqm - up 26% on year.

The average selling price for the contracts was RMB8,929 per sqm.
