COL Capital (HKG:0383) announced that it has, pursuant to a supplemental agreement, agreed to extend the repayment date under the loan agreement that it entered into with the borrower, Mabuhay Holdings Corporation, from 10 January 2012 to 10 January 2013.

COL Capital will continue to receive interest income from the borrower for the extension period.
