Unity Investment (HKG:0913) has warned that it expects a substantial increase in loss for the year ended 31 December 2011 compared to the loss it made in 2010. The 2011 loss was mainly attributable to an increase in net realised loss on disposal of listed investments and unrealised loss on listed investments.

The company's annual results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2011 is expected to be announced in March 2012.
