China Infrastructure Investment (HKG:0600) announced that it has, with effect from 17 January 2012, appointed Ye Dechao as an executive director and the CEO.

Ye, 51, is the chairman of Forward Investment (PRC) Company Limited, Nanjing Taihe Yingke Property Company Limited and Nanjing Wanlilai Real Estate Development Company Limited. He has over 20 years of experiences in business operation and management, according to China Infrastructure Investment.
