The Stock Exchange has granted Fong's Industries Company (HKG:0641) an extension of the waiver from strict compliance of maintaining the minimum public float for a period of five months from 1 February 2012 to 30 June 2012, the company said.

Trading in the company's shares has been suspended pending the restoration of the minimum public float.
