Referring to the enquiry against Yau Chung-hong and Duncan Chui Tak-keung commenced by the Market Misconduct Tribunal (MMT) to determine whether the two executive directors of Capital VC Limited (HKG:2324) have engaged in market misconduct within the meaning of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) in relation to the securities of the company in January 2009, the company said that a further substantive hearing is scheduled to be held on 7 February 2012.
