Wah Nam International (HKG:0159) announced that its takeover offer for Brockman Resources Limited (BRM) closed yesterday at 4:00 p.m. (WST), with Wah Nam International holding a relevant interest of 98.12% in BRM.
Wah Nam International will proceed with compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares in BRM.
