China Communications Services (HKG:0552) announced that its declaration and payment of a final dividend of RMB0.1222 per share (equivalent to HK$0.1502 per share) (pre-tax) for the year ended 31 December 2011 were approved at the AGM dated 13 June 2012. The final dividend will be paid on or about 20 August 2012.
