August 12 -- Zhongxing Shenyang Commercial Building Group (RCode:000715) posted a 17.61-percent increase in net profit to 51.68 million yuan in the first half of 2011, reports Yicai.com, citing a company filing. Sales revenue grew 29.48 percent to 1.8 billion yuan. The company also predicts a 261- to 289-percent increase in net profit to 63-68 million yuan in the first three quarters of 2011. The percentage changes cited are year-on-year.

Since closing several stores for redecoration in the third quarter last year, Zhongxing Commercial expects a higher net profit for the same period this year.
