ZTE Corporation (ZTE, SZSE: 000063) announced on August 18th that the company will organize global talent resources center based on its India branch.
 

According to ZTE, the global talent resources center will provide services for local clients as well as clients all over the world.
 

It is reported that the India branch of ZTE had send 200 Indian employees to Hungary, Europe, Turkey, Arab and Africa to support local projects previously. It is expected that the number of employees of the global talent resources center will hit 2,000 in the coming two years.
 

The India branch of ZTE took local operating strategy as its long-term strategy, disclosed by human resources director of ZTE. At the same time, the India branch of ZTE will also support internationalization based on local business. ZTE owns adequate human resources reserves in India. Its India employees have well technological capability and language dominance. ZTE hopes to build the India branch into the second largest global human resources center except China.
