Dongfeng Automobile Co., LTD is principally engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of light-duty commercial vehicles, under the brand names of Dongfeng and Nissan, engines and automobile-related components. The Company provides light-duty commercial vehicles under the brand names of Dongfeng Duolika, Dongfeng Xiaobawang, Dongfeng Star, Dongfeng Jingang, Dongfeng Jinba and Nissan Paladin, as well as Dongfeng pickup trucks and Nissan pickup trucks, covering light trucks, light coaches, coach chassis, as well as pickup trucks, multi-purpose vehicles (MPVs) and sport utility vehicles (SUVs). During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company distributed approximately 301,000 vehicles and 229,000 sets of engines.
