Referring to the bidding offer and the possible acquisition announced earlier this month, Trony Solar Holdings (HKG:2468) said that the sellers have extended the auction date for the going concern sale of USO to 10:00 a.m. on 8 May 2012 (United States Eastern time).

True USA was determined by the sellers as a "qualified bidder" under the bidding procedures that were ordered by the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Michigan, Southern Division and will attend such auction.
