CNFC Overseas Fishery Co., Ltd announced that it expects its net profit for the first half of fiscal year 2011 to be RMB 20-22 million, compared to that of same period last year (RMB 11.28 million). The Company cited the receiving of government subsidy and lower of investment loss as the main reasons for this forecast.
