Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fibre Co., Ltd. announced that pursuant to a resolution passed at the directors’ meeting on March 28, 2011, a final dividend of RMB 0.03 per share totaling RMB 120,000,000 (2009: nil) was proposed for shareholders’ approval at the Annual General Meeting.
