Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co. Ltd announced that it expects its net profit for the first half of fiscal year 2011 to increase by at least 180%, or to be RMB 164 million, compared to that of same period last year (RMB 58.57 million). The Company cited the adjustment of sales structure and controlling of costs as the main reasons for this forecast.
