Anhui Liuguo Chemical Co., Ltd announced that it will pay the cash dividend of RMB 0.135 per share (after tax) and use the additional paid-in capital to distribute six new shares for every 10 shares to shareholders recorded on June 15, 2011. The Company's shares will be traded ex-dividend and ex-right on June 16, 2011.
