Do-Fluoride Chemicals Co.,Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors has approved the proposal of corrective actions according to the three problems identified during the inspection by Henan Regulatory Bureau of China Securities Regulatory Commission. The problems cover the areas including the Board's operations, the procedure of guarantee and information disclosure.
