Shandong Polymer Biochemicals Co Ltd announced that it will respectively set up a wholly owned subsidiary in Beijing and one in Guangdong, each with a registered capital of RMB 50 million and RMB 20 million. Both the subsidiaries will be engaged in production and sale of environmental protection equipment, water treatment, oil development, biochemical industrial project contracting, and investment management.
