August 23 -- Shandong Kingenta Ecological Engineering (002470.SZ), a fertilizer maker, announced it has signed an agreement with the government of Weng’an county, Guizhou province to invest 5.96 billion yuan to build a phosphorus resource industrial park there, report yicai.com.

Of the total investment, 3.6 billion yuan will go to first-phase construction of phosphorus chemical facilities, which entail a construction period of three years. Another 2.36 billion yuan will be invested in the second phase, which entails a construction period of two years.

The phosphorus resource circular industrial park will have annual capacity of 600,000 tons of monoammonium phosphate, 400,000 tons of diammonium phosphate, 600,000 tons of nitrogen compound fertilizer, and 200,000 tons of potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
