Navinfo Co Ltd announced that it will acquire a combined 43.96% stake in a Beijing-based information technology company from four companies including a Beijing-based technology development company, Guo Li, Meng Qingxin and Institute of Remote Sensing Application, Chinese Academy of Sciences, for RMB 100 million. The Company will also inject RMB 38 million into the target company, to increase the holdings to 51.98%.
